DMCA & Copyright Policy
Last updated: August 2026
We respect intellectual property rights and expect our players to do the same.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice through our contact page that includes all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed
- The URL or a description precise enough for us to locate the material
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
What we do
When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the material and notify the player who posted it. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are terminated.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction. We may restore the material if the original complainant does not pursue legal action.
Photos and listings
Only upload court photos, logos, and community images you own or have permission to use. News headlines and images displayed from third-party feeds remain the property of their publishers and link back to the original source.
Misuse
Knowingly filing a false claim of infringement may expose you to liability. If you are unsure whether material is infringing, consult an attorney before submitting a notice.
