What we send

• Rally Call and check-in alerts from communities you belong to
• Reminders for sessions you scheduled or were scheduled into
• Account and security notices, such as sign-in or password help
• Occasional product updates about features you use

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your communities and activity. Alerts are triggered by real events, so busy courts can generate more messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Check your mobile plan for details.

Opt out — STOP

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. You will receive one confirmation message, after which we will not text you again unless you opt back in. You can also turn text notifications off in your profile settings.

Help — HELP

Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us through our contact page. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Privacy

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing. Numbers are used only to deliver the messages described above through our messaging provider.

Carrier changes

If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please update your profile so messages are not sent to someone else.
